Technology and Support

At the University of Delaware, you can rely on support from enrollment to admission and career advancement with dedicated staff you can call, email or chat. You’ll also be able to access technical support 24 hours a day, every day.

Other resources include:

  • Email: Communicate with your instructors and the university through your UD email account
  • Canvas: Use the Canvas learning management system to navigate course content
  • My UD: Access Canvas, register for classes, view financial resources and more with your My UD account

As an online student, you must have a reliable Internet connection and a modern browser. We highly recommend updating to the newest version of the browser you are using.
